Birmingham, Ala. - Texas A&M, the defending SEC champion, is the preseason favorite to win the 2016 Southeastern Conference volleyball title, according to the SEC Preseason Coaches Poll.The Aggies, who finished 24-7 overall and 16-2 in the SEC last season, received seven of the 13 first-place votes in the preseason poll. Florida got five first-place votes after finishing with an overall record of 25-7 and owning a 13-5 mark in league play during the 2015 season.The Gators finished second in the preseason poll with 131 points, while Kentucky took third place with 123 points. Missouri followed in fourth place with 199 points and one first-place vote, while Arkansas took fifth with 93 points.
