SAN DIEGO -- The San Diego Padres placed starting pitcher Clayton Richard on the 15-day disabled list with a left shoulder strain. The left-handed staple in the Padres rotation was removed from Fridays start after just two pitches due to pain in the acromioclavicular joint of his left shoulder, which is near the collarbone. Richard received an injection on Saturday morning to calm the inflammation that caused him pain, starting after a June 16 start where he allowed one run and eight innings against Arizona. Richard has had a difficult season, with a 2-5 record and a 7.01 ERA in 12 appearances. Anthony Bass was promoted from Triple-A Tucson in a corresponding move, and will be available in long relief. The Padres also promoted Brad Boxberger from Tucson to aid a bullpen that threw nine innings on Friday night. Outfielder Jaff Decker was sent down. Stanley NSoki Paris Saint-Germain Jersey . Promoter Eddie Hearn believes he could sign a deal as early as next week that would see?Anthony Joshua fight Wladimir Klitschko, most probably on Dec. 10.The heavyweight division has been thrown into flux since Joshuas fellow Briton Tyson Fury pulled out of fighting Klitschko on Oct. 29 and then tested positive for cocaine.Fury has claimed he is suffering from mental health problems but looks set to be stripped of his WBA and WBO world titles, and Ukrainian Klitschko (64-4, 53 KOs) has had to make alternative plans for his next fight.Hearn is confident that talks with Klitschkos manager Bernd Boente will be successfully concluded next week and will see the former champion challenge IBF world heavyweight title-holder Joshua (17-0, 17 KOs). Hearn hopes that either the WBA or WBO belts will also be on the line.Next week for sure, we are getting very close, Hearn said.We were going to announce our opponent last week but opportunities have arisen and you have to get everything right with a fight of this magnitude.Fingers crossed we will have some good news next week that will blow your mind. Im smiling, so perhaps thats giving the game away.Wladimir Klitschko is the favourite now [to be Joshuas next opponent]. Everyone is working together to make sure thats the next fight. We really want to get this done and its not done yet but everyone involved wants it. Anthony Joshua-Wladimir Klitschko should be the next fight.Joshua, the 2012 Olympic super-heavyweight gold medallist, had been scheduled to make a second defence at the Manchester Arena on Nov. 26, but a fight with 40-year-old Klitschko is now likely to take place at the same venue on Dec. 10.Although, one obstacle to a deal is American teleevision.dddddddddddd Joshua is contracted to Showtime while Klitschko has a deal with rival US broadcaster HBO.If its Wladimir Klitschko it could be pushed into December, Hearn said. Were not going to get a deal done until next week and then you are talking about six weeks until Nov. 26. We want to build it up with press tours and press conferences so it could be Dec. 3, Dec. 10 or Dec. 17.Fury (25-0, 18 KOs), 28, will most likely be stripped of his WBA and WBO world titles but it is unclear yet who will fight for those titles next.New Zealands Jospeh Parker (21-0, 18 KOs), who is also Joshuas mandatory challenger for the IBF belt and had been linked to facing the Briton on Nov. 26, could face Mexican Andy Ruiz (29-0, 19 KOs) for the vacant WBO belt. There is speculation that Australian Lucas Browne (24-0, 21 KOs), who is returning from a doping ban, is in negotiations with Briton David Haye (28-2, 26 KOs) for the WBA belt. Haye, the former WBA champion who has had two fights this year following a four-year absence, announced last week his next fight would also be on Dec. 10.And Klitschkos camp has also reserved the Barclaycard Arena in Hamburg for Dec. 10 to ensure that he fights before the end of 2016 after Fury twice pulled out of facing him this year.Klitschko is looking to win back one or more of the three titles he lost after his nine-year reign as world champion was ended by a shock points loss to Fury last November.Joshua, 26, won the IBF title from Charles Martin in April and then stopped another American Dominic Breazeale in his first defence in June.
