Salford owner Marwan Koukash is refusing to agree to a Rugby Football League hearing date until he is given more details of allegations against his club. The millionaire businessman was responding to the RFLs decision to charge the Red Devils with breaching contractual arrangements made with their players in 2014/15.Salford could be docked as many as 20 points if they are found to have exceeded the £1.825m salary cap over the last two years.
